On the garden level: there is the entrance, a first double bedroom and its bathroom. A huge fitness room of around 50m², with its sauna and shower. In annexes a very large laundry room.
Upstairs: two other bedrooms with their en-suite shower room or bathroom. An impressive and magnificent living room of approximately 70m² opening onto a very large balcony with a fire place. The kitchen is also part of this beautiful living room.
On the last and 3rd level of this chalet, on either side of the living room, there are 2 bedrooms with their bathrooms.
In annexes, a garage, a ski room and a covered parking space.
Argentière and Les Grands Montets
Argentière is a village located 5 minutes north of Chamonix, at an altitude of around 1250 meters.
The architecture of this hamlet is very traditional due to these buildings and its baroque church.
Argentière is located at the foot of the Argentière glacier.
On the ski side, Argentière represents the mythical area par excellence: The slopes located between 1235 and 2800 meters above sea level, including the renowned Grands Montets area, allowing you to evolve in the heart of the high mountains and near the glaciers
